What can you inspect in a no-bots campaign?
You can review the promotion we arranged and the evidence available for it. The work happens around an entry—through advertising, creator outreach or consent-based communication—not by casting votes on its behalf.
A typical Evidence Pack gives you a practical record of the campaign:
- The channels and approved placements used to introduce the entry.
- Platform analytics or creator audience information shared for the campaign.
- Tracking links and the visits they record, when the voting page supports them.
- A note of what could not be attributed, rather than an estimate presented as fact.
For paid ads, reporting comes from the advertising platform’s own campaign view. For creators, we review audience information they share before a booking and document the placement. For community, email or messenger outreach, we confirm that the audience is appropriate for the message and that the sender has permission to contact it. Our contest promotion methodology explains how the channels fit together.
The format depends on the work agreed, but the standard is consistent: you should be able to see what was done and understand the source of each reported figure.
How do we review the audience behind a placement?
We check the source of attention before launch, then compare available campaign signals during delivery. This helps us decide whether a channel suits the contest and gives you a clear account of what the evidence can—and cannot—show.
For an advertising placement, we use the platform’s reporting to review spend, impressions and clicks. For a creator, we ask to see relevant audience information from their own analytics and assess whether it fits the audience the contest is trying to reach. We also review recent public content and the proposed post before confirming a booking. Paid creator content is disclosed as paid.
Tracking links can connect a visit to a campaign source. If the voting page provides a public counter or other visible progress, we can record it alongside campaign activity. A counter does not identify who voted or prove that a particular visit became a vote, so the report keeps those observations separate.
Our creator outreach for contests page covers creator review. If your plan is primarily advertising, see paid promotion of contest entries.
Which contest rules shape the promotion plan?
The contest rules come first. Before recommending a channel, we check whether outside promotion is allowed, what supporters may be asked to do, and what voting steps or limits the organizer has published.
We do not sell votes, followers or engagement, and we do not use bots, scripts, fake accounts or click farms. We also do not help anyone get around a captcha, email confirmation, phone check, device limit or other voting step. Instead, we explain those steps plainly in campaign messages and remind supporters to follow the published instructions. If the rules prohibit outside promotion, we decline the project rather than work around that restriction.
The contest organizer controls its eligibility checks and final vote review, while an ad platform controls whether it approves and delivers an ad. We cannot promise a win, vote total, ranking or other contest outcome; we commit to the placements and reporting agreed in writing.
If the rules or voting setup are unclear, our contest rules and risk consulting can help you identify the questions to resolve before promotion starts.
What do we tell you before the campaign begins?
Before work starts, we put the boundaries, channels and reporting approach in writing. You know what we will do, what we will not do, and which signals will appear in the campaign record.
The kickoff conversation covers the entry and organizer, the contest rules, the audience you want to reach, available creative, and the channels you are considering. We then confirm whether the planned promotion fits the rules and identify what information we need from you. If you want help preparing campaign materials, contest creative and copy is a separate option.
During delivery, the Proof Log records placements and links them to the evidence available from the channel. A Visibility Check lets us review what an outside viewer can see, such as a live post or public entry page. These checks make the report easier to verify; they do not turn a visit into a claim about a vote.
We will not quietly accept a request for purchased votes or other artificial activity. If you are unsure about a proposed tactic, send the contest link and rules for a free contest analysis. We will review them with you and recommend a clear next step.
Frequently asked questions
Can you add votes directly to my contest entry?
No. We do not cast or sell votes, and we do not arrange purchased engagement. We promote the entry through agreed advertising, creator placements or consent-based outreach, then report the work and available tracking.
How can I check where campaign traffic came from?
Ask for the platform report and the tracking links used in the campaign. Where the voting page exposes a counter, we can note it beside those records; we keep visits and visible vote changes distinct rather than treating one as proof of the other.
What happens if the contest rules prohibit outside promotion?
We decline that promotion. Send the rules before planning so we can check what channels, messages and supporter requests are allowed. If a restriction is unclear, we can help you raise the question with the organizer before any campaign work begins.
Can you guarantee a win or a certain number of votes?
No. The organizer reviews eligibility and decides how the contest is judged, and a person reached by an ad or message chooses what to do. We confirm the agreed placements and reporting, but cannot promise a win, vote total or ranking.
